We want your stor.ree experience to feel seamless from the moment you order to the moment your candle arrives. All orders are packed with care in our small studio in Wales and shipped using reliable, tracked services.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders are usually delivered within 2-5 working days from the date of dispatch and are sent via:

Royal Mail 48 as standard

Royal Mail 24 for faster delivery where selected
During busy periods - such as Christmas or promotional events - deliveries may take a little longer. In rare cases, delays can be up to 10 days due to increased courier demand.
We will always do our best to keep your order moving as quickly as possible.
Free UK Delivery
We offer free delivery on orders over £75.
Please note: your basket total must be £75 after any discounts have been applied for free delivery to be activated at checkout.
This offer applies to retail orders only and is not available for wholesale purchases.
Local Delivery
Where possible, we may offer local hand-delivery for nearby postcodes. If your address qualifies, this option will appear automatically at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept your typical returns. If you do change your mind, you can request to return your purchase within 30 days, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
After 30 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in packaging, but if your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will replace damaged items wherever possible.
