What makes stor.ree candles different?

Our candles are made only with pure essential oils and 100% natural wax - no synthetic fragrance oils, no petroleum, no hidden toxins. They’re clean-burn tested and crafted to support your wellbeing as much as your space.

Are your scents safe for my home and body?

Yes! We use plant-based ingredients only. No petrochemicals, plastics, or artificial fragrance oils. This means a gentler burn and a cleaner indoor air experience.

How should I care for my candle?

For an even, clean burn, allow your candle to burn for at least one hour on the first burn to avoid tunnelling. Trim the wick to around 5mm before each use to keep the flame steady and clean.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the UK only.

When will my pre-sale order arrive?

Pre-sale orders are estimated to ship within 3-5 working days of payment, though we may hand-deliver locally where possible. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order is dispatched.

Do you offer returns?

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept your typical returns. If you do change your mind, you can request to return your purchase within 30 days, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

After 30 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

However, if your candle arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hi@storree.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Are the vessels reusable?

Yes - our vessels are designed to be repurposed after burning. We encourage reuse for coffee, storage, styling, or simply as objects of beauty in your home.
