You'll light a stor.ree candle and hold it beside a flower chosen to echo its notes, then sip a glass of wine poured to complete the pairing - three senses, working together, the way a sommelier pairs a wine list. In between, there's nibbles from Olivers' kitchen, a room full of people who get why this matters, and the kind of conversation that only happens when nobody's in a rush.
